Shipping Policy

Order Processing time:

Orders that require shipping are sent out by White Squirrel, an independent fulfillment company in Everett, WA, USA.

Orders are generally shipped out within one week of being placed, and you’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped.

Since they’re a small team, sometimes orders will take more than a week to ship, especially when we release a new zine, or at a busy time of year like Black Friday and the leadup to the winter holidays. They also take a holiday break at the end of the year.

We appreciate your patience, but you can also always feel free to email us at support@wizardzines.com if you have any questions about the status of your order.

Preorders:

When we put out a new zine or product, we’ll often offer preorders for it so we can know how many copies to order. The product page will give a general idea of when we expect to send out preorders.

When your preorder ships, you’ll get an email with the shipment information. If you selected a shipping option that includes tracking, the email will include a tracking number. If you selected lettermail shipping, there is no tracking available.

Shipping options:

Shipping options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Usually, there will be options for faster, more expensive shipping that includes tracking, and lettermail, which is slower, cheaper, and doesn’t come with tracking.

We do not ship to locations that are currently on the USPS International service disruptions list. If you live in an area on that list, we encourage you to buy and print the PDF versions of the zines instead.

EU Shipping

For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included in the price at checkout, with no additional charges on delivery.

If you have a business VAT number, there’s a place on the cart page to enter your VAT number. (check the “Are you based in the EU and VAT registered?” box). For everyone else in the EU, to comply with EU regulations, if your order is over 150 EUR, you will not be charged VAT at checkout, you'll have to pay when you receive the package. Otherwise, we collect and pay VAT on your order.

Shipping fees are calculated separately and are not included in the 150€ limit. Please review shipping costs at checkout.

Refunds, Returns And Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, or to return a product, please email us as soon as possible at support@wizardzines.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. In general our policy is to ship you another copy at our expense.
